Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Lead - Player Operations to join our team at B2Spin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing player operations while focusing on risk management and fraud prevention to ensure a secure and fair gaming environment for our community.
Areas of Responsibility
Own the creation and management of strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to player operations, ensuring a secure gaming environment.
Drive the initiatives to detect, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activities, utilizing advanced fraud detection tools and technologies.
Be accountable for the strategies to improve payment processing efficiency, reduce risk, and prevent financial fraud.
Analyze player activity data to identify suspicious patterns, and proactively address potential fraud and risk issues.
Manage and mentor a team of specialists focused on risk management and fraud prevention, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, legal, and customer support, to align risk management and fraud prevention strategies with overall business objectives.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to player operations, risk management, and fraud prevention, using these metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in risk management and fraud prevention, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance policies and procedures.

Proven experience in risk management and fraud prevention, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
