Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team.

As a Social Media Specialist you will have a varied role, responsible for developing, and optimising our activity across social media channels for the US and other markets. This position will be expected to implement customer promotions that enhance our customer engagement and commercial KPIs as well as manage and optimise social media channel performance. 

Areas of Responsibility

• Manage and schedule the social media content based on approved social media plan.

• Own end-to end delivery of all social media content, including: coordinating copy, design asset delivery, QA review and asset scheduling within the set SLAs and reporting.

• Manage winner selection process for all social media competitions.

• Monitor and clear the incoming messages on Sprinklr.

• Manage and respond to social media comments and messages on the native platforms.

• Manage reviews across different social media platforms and websites, incl. Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.

• Support other team members in implementing promotional activities.

• Support the Customer Support team as/when business requires.

What we are looking for...

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.

• Ideally experience with USA market or Gaming/eCommerce background.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must.

• Familiarity with Sprinklr and/or other social media engagement tools.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
