Overview

The Social Casino Manager is the key stakeholder across B2Spin brands defining strategy and developing an action plan for casino games and scratch cards, while working seamlessly with departments such as Promotions, CRM and Operations across the business.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Game provider relationship management, including commercial management of the social casino with a detailed view on what makes it different and maximise ROI.

  • Having full ownership of the social casino game catalogue and the release process, including all the planning, coordination and execution required across all brands.

  • Ensure games portfolio is up-to-date and competitive on a market level.

  • Working with UX, Developers and BI for game metadata and game indexing setup, lobby optimisation, and other key social casino related elements of the sites.

  • Manage lobby content, including launching and loading new games, position variations, section updates etc.

  • Communicate game releases, product features, promotions efficiently within the business.

  • Reporting on games performance and bring unique insights that can ensure profitability.

  • Owning competitor intelligence insight and reporting.

  • Working across the teams in order to leverage the multi-brand strategy in place by sharing best practice, knowledge and results.


Experience

  • Have an in-depth understanding of the social casino product and its development process.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in similar position.

  • Proven knowledge of social gaming products, social casino play and risk management.

  • Rich experience in operation risk controlling and ability to profile players effectively.

  • Leadership – you have good managerial skills to manage a small team and stakeholder in other teams.

  • You are data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Proactive, positive, team player, problem solver.
