Overview

Successful candidates will have a natural ability to work as part of a team, but also on their own initiative as well as having confidence to make decisions, prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure. They will be required to deal with KYC, Fraud Risk, Payments and Chargeback across our platform.

Areas of Responsibility:

The duties of the Employee will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Own the process of reviewing profiles for high Operational risk and finding existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns, as well as propose and implement system improvements to fight fraud and protect customers.

• Own the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers’ accounts.

• Identify fraud patterns through in depth reviews of customer gameplay, payments and assessing customer activity.

• Maintain and constantly deepen the knowledge of fraud situation in the industry.

• Share information and make suggestions for improvements to fraud operations.

• Review and monitor customer account registration, purchase and redeem daily tasks

• Perform daily reviews of chargebacks, alerts and customer payment activity.

• Serve as a first point of contact for payment escalations from the CS Team

• Own the process of reviewing "hard case" KYC documents via Jumio

What we are looking for…

• Understanding of fraud methodologies and tools, ideally with an understanding of gaming or eCommerce

• Excellent prioritization and organisational skills, adaptable and flexible with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Strong analytical skills to detect and identify weaknesses in the systems; as well as identify the root cause of the weakness

• Goal oriented individuals with a strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail, flexible and reliable.

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken and good command of English

• Excellent analytical skills

• Highly motivated, team player, able to work on own in initiative
