Overview

As Promotions Specialist, your main goal is to support the Promotions Strategic Lead in the creation and implementation of customer engagement activity, including onsite promotions and offsite communications.

Areas of Responsibility

• Organize, conduct, and manage ATL/BTL promo planning, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.

• Complete promo briefing, coordinate asset reviews, and oversee campaign builds.

• Collaborate with the Promo Strategic Lead to organize and oversee budget planning, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

• Create and manage the rewarding and crediting process for promotional campaigns.

• Ensure clear communication of plans and campaign execution within the stakeholders.

• Own and take responsibility for planning and coordinating promotional campaigns, defining goals, target audiences, messaging, and timelines.

• Serve as the first line of contact for any inquiries regarding the promotions.

What we are looking for...

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.

• Background in iGaming is a huge plus.

• Ideally experience in the USA market.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
