Overview
The Customer Engagement team is responsible for introducing, developing, and optimizing customer engagement activity, including promotional and social media calendars. Working collaboratively across the business so that we can positively influence each other’s activity and maximize growth.

As Player Engagement Senior Executive, you’ll be responsible for the implementation and optimization of customer engagement activity, including onsite and offsite communications.
Areas of Responsibility
Management of player data to support engagement activity, through the following;
o Player segmentation
o Lifecycle journeys
o Ad hoc campaigns on and off site
o Bonusing
o Realtime marketing
Implementation of promotional activity and player remuneration/rewards.
Real time marketing - maximizing player participation and loyalty using 3rd party and in house solutions.
Collaborating with the VIP Team to maximize performance through retention, reactivation and rewarding of high value segments.
Design robust process and reporting for the team and wider stakeholder to be able to measure activity and success.
Work with the product team to implement and improve new and existing tools.

Experience
Candidates must possess a fluency level of communication in English
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM Marketing or gaming.
Experience in implementing Bloomreach and real time marketing is a plus
Highly proactive and organised with the ability to work under pressure, both individually, and as part of a team
Data orientated with decisions based on analytical insights
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and willingness to be involved at all levels
You have a passion for growth marketing, excellent and proactive communication skills and an ability to adapt quickly
You will need your own office set up with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset and a reliable internet connection
