Overview
Successful candidates will have a natural ability to work as part of a team, but also on their own initiative as well as having confidence to make decisions, prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure. They will be required to deal with payment processing platform.
Areas of Responsibility:
The duties of the Employee will include but not be limited to the following:
Own the process of setting up and managing the Payment Operations teams.
Manage the setting up and implementing Payment Ops processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the CS, VIP, Risk&Fraud teams on daily basis to create a seamless customer experience.
Share information and make suggestions for improvements to payment operations.
Regularly provide suggestions on Payment Ops processes and team work optimization based on a thorough study and deep understanding of the department operations.
Provide ongoing data analysis and guidance on how to improve the payment operations team.
Own the process of an acquiring and maintaining of relevant knowledge of the social gaming industry.
What we are looking for…
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Payments Lead role or similar.
Preferably with experience dealing with USA/European Gaming account.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Understanding of payment methodologies and tools, ideally with an understanding of gaming or eCommerce.
Excellent prioritization and organisational skills, adaptable and flexible with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Strong analytical skills to detect and identify weaknesses in the systems; as well as identify the root cause of the weakness.
Goal oriented individuals with a strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail, flexible and reliable.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken and good command of English.
Excellent analytical skills.
Highly motivated, team player, able to work on own in initiative.
Decision making and problem-solving skills are a must.
