Overview
An outbound conversion agent is essential for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's long-term success in the competitive social casino market. At B2Spin you will be playing a crucial role in the customer acquisition and retention process. The primary responsibility for the role is to engage with potential and existing customers to encourage them to convert from free users to paying customers or to enhance their spending within our products.
Areas of Responsibility
Proactively initiate outbound communications with customers who have shown interest in the company’s products and services.
Convert new or potential customers into active members by providing a positive customer experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition to the company or brands’ platform.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company and brand’s offerings to effectively convey the value, benefits, and unique features to new customers.
Utilize live chat, and follow-up emails to ensure customer satisfaction, foster engagement, and encourage long-term relationships.
Collaborate closely with the customer service, CRM, operations, and marketing teams to share valuable insights and strategies that drive improved customer conversion and engagement.
What we are looking for...
Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales and customer service role.
Prior experience in the iGaming industry, preferably with a focus on gaming or eCommerce sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great email and chat etiquette.
Minimum of 6 months of voice/phone call center experience managing US-based accounts.
At least 6 months of experience providing email and chat support for US-based accounts.
Has a genuine care for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proficient in using customer-facing software with strong IT literacy and technical aptitude.
Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus but not essential.
