Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fraud Analyst to join our team.
The role of a fraud analyst is to analyze, oversee, and conduct thorough investigations on accounts related to complex fraud. It involves preparing and evaluating detailed reports to mitigate fraud risk.
Areas of Responsibility
Undertake an in-depth investigation to identify potential fraud.
Facilitate the timely review and verification of all fraud-related alerts.
Ensure that any identified fraud trends are reported immediately.
Ensure that all internal and external inquiries are answered correctly, timely, and effectively.
Provide insights based on the results of the fraud investigation and implement the appropriate measures and recommendations.
Assist with data reporting on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Performing periodic checks to identify vulnerabilities including the system and processes.
Identify any instance of system, promotion, or game abuse.
Help identify areas for improvement.
What we are looking for...
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Risk Management or Fraud detection.
Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
Understanding of fraud methodologies and tools, ideally with an understanding of gaming or eCommerce.
Strong knowledge of chargeback risk handling.
High level of attention to detail, flexible, reliable, and with excellent analytical skills.
Great time management and organizational skills.
Can communicate in written and spoken English in a business environment.
Need to be able to solve problems in a fast and efficient manner.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
Has the ability to cope under pressure.
Highly motivated, team player, able to work on own in initiative.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills are a must.

Willingness to work outside on a shifting schedule/weekend/holidays

Headset: USB Headset (noise-canceling)
Web Camera (for team meetings)
Internet: Ethernet/Hardline Connection, speed minimum of 10Mbps Upload & Download Internet speed is required.
