Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Strategist to join our team. As a CRM Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing player engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing CRM strategies, with a strong focus on CRM retargeting, onsite communications management, and cross-selling initiatives across various communication channels.
Areas of Responsibility
Organize and monitor a management and overview of the onsite communication process, including such channels as: email, inbox, push notifications, SMS, etc.
Develop and implement CRM retargeting strategies to re-engage inactive players and encourage them to return.
Analyze player behavior and segment the player base to create personalized retargeting campaigns.
Continuously optimize retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates and player lifetime value.
Oversee and manage onsite communications to enhance the player experience.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging messages for various communication channels, including in-game notifications, emails, and pop-ups.
Ensure that onsite communications align with the overall brand and marketing strategies.
Develop and execute cross-selling strategies to promote different features and games functionalities to existing players.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and create compelling offers.
Use player data and analytics to segment the player base for more personalized marketing campaigns.
Continuously refine segmentation strategies based on player behavior and preferences.
Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using relevant KPIs.
Provide actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and other campaign elements.
Implement findings from A/B tests to enhance the impact of CRM strategies.
Ensure that all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws.
Stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Manage the CRM budget effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining cost control.
What we are looking for...
Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution within the entertainment industry
Strong understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and player lifecycle management
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics software.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skill, with fluent English language skills.
