Overview
Working alongside the Retention Delivery Lead you will support our business by ensuring the CRM Delivery team is as effective as possible with the right tools and services, and that all activities are performing to their full potential. You will oversee key aspects of marketing operations, including Onsite, Reward and CRM execution management, Bloomreach management, CRM Delivery team management, as well as supporting new brand launches. This is a key global role that will work closely with our strategic teams as well as support the promotion and social media teams with marketing activities.
Areas of Responsibility
Manage a high-performing team of CRM Specialists in their daily tasks and ensure the completion of the tasks in a timely and efficient way. Take the responsibility for the performance of your team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of rewards initiatives within marketing campaigns.
Lead the onsite, rewards, and CRM execution and optimization to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of CRM execution initiatives.
Oversee the creation and management of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and content for various marketing channels.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What we are looking for...
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry or a related field.
Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
A creative yet straightforward approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in content management systems (such as Builder), and CRM tools (such as Bloomreach and Sendgrid).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
