Overview
As a Competitive Intelligence Specialist within the gaming industry, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating vital information about our industry, competitors, and customers. You will employ various tools and techniques, including market research, data analysis, and social media monitoring, to uncover insights that will support our strategic decisions. This role will require a deep understanding of popular games, franchises, genres, and broader trends in social gaming and interactive entertainment.
Areas of Responsibility
Ongoing tracking and analysis of key competitors and emerging competitive trends in the gaming industry.
Implement competitive insight and analysis projects in support of business objectives, helping to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Gather customer insights and effectively communicate competitive intelligence insights to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for...
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of business experience, including strategy or consulting within the Gaming industry.
Strong project management, organizational, and administrative capabilities to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly, with the capacity to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
Highly analytical, comfortable with large data sets, and able to extract actionable insights from analysis.
Ability to operate autonomously or with limited direction, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Professional experience in a strategic, product, or analytical capacity.
Experience supporting dynamic, fast-paced teams.
Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and an evolving set of priorities and agenda.

Minimum OS Version: Windows 10 or higher
Internet browser (preferably Chrome – but can use Edge, Firefox, etc.)
Minimum RAM: 8 GB
Minimum HDD Space: 1 GB
Headset: USB Headset (noise-canceling)
Web Camera (for team meetings)
Internet: Ethernet/Hardline Connection, speed minimum of 10Mbps Upload & Download Internet speed is required.
