Overview
The AV & Compliance Lead will oversee the account verification process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and restrictions across AV & Compliance teams. This role involves managing and improving AV procedures, implementing compliance strategies, and working closely with various departments to ensure that all operations meet regulatory requirements.

Areas of Responsibility
Manage and own the entire account verification process to ensure it is accurate, efficient, and AV procedures and operations are streamlined to enhance user experience.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that are up-to-date with regulatory changes, and local and international regulations.
Create, implement, and monitor the achievement of clear goals, areas of responsibility, KPIs, and SLAs for the AV & Compliance teams.
Identify and assess compliance risks within the company processes, and develop strategies to mitigate them, monitoring compliance metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Player Operations, Marketing Operations, VIP Operations, Payments, Acquisition, and Product teams with the aim of creating a collaborative environment and seamless account verification and compliance journeys across channels and brands.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of verification and compliance issues handled by the AV & Compliance teams.
Oversee and manage relationships with influencers engaged in company projects, monitoring their activities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, compliance standards, and company policies.
What we are looking for...
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Preferably with experience dealing with the USA/European iGaming market.
Understanding of managing compliance programs and account verification processes.
Excellent leadership skills, adaptable and flexible with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Strong analytical skills to detect and identify weaknesses in the systems and operational processes.
A goal-oriented and solution-driven individual with a strong focus on producing high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken, and good command of English.
Highly motivated, team player, able to work on own initiative.
